About

About Us

From the time the Pentecostal Church was first established in the southern region of Mizoram, comprising Lunglei District and Siaha (Chhimtuipui) District, the Church grew rapidly through the dedication and hard work of our pioneers, despite the ridicule and opposition they faced from the people. According to available records, the first Pentecostal Church in the southern region was established at Tarpho Local in 1952.

Just three years later, in 1955, the Pentecostal Church had already been established in 39 villages across the southern region. At that time, we had only one pastor, Rev. Lalthima, serving the entire region.
